Bookclub Party!! Yay! In honor of Valentines Day, I made Oreos with Cherry Frosting, and Strawberry Oreos with Cherry and Vanilla frosting, Oh, and not to forget Chocolate Popcorn.
I usually do White Choc. Popcorn, but tried Chocolate today. YUMM!!
That is not blood dripping from the chocolate, it is red chocolate, but it wasn't quite mixed in yet.
Oreos
2 boxes Devils Food Cake (or Strawberry, or any flavor)
11/2 C marg. or butter
4 eggs
Mix together, and scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
Frost bottom of 1 cookie with favorite frosting and smash another on top of that.
White Chocolate Popcorn
2 bags microwave popcorn
1 bag any flavor choc chip
Melt choc. chips and pour over popcorn. Dump out onto parchment and let dry.

Yellow Toffee Cookies
One yellow cake mix
2Tbsp water (add a little more if you have to)
2 Eggs
1 pkg brickle toffee bits
Mix together. Very thick.
Bake at 390 for 9 minutes, not brown.
Oh, and don't miss next book club. Marci's is like visiting food network!
